Hello Everyone!

I make cold processed soaps...been my passion for a number of years.  Fell in love with hand crafted soap many moons ago (about 30 years ago).

I am always talking to people about my goats (untill their eyes glaze over), about other things that interest me, but never find anyone to chit chat with about soap or other hand made bath and beauty products.

I am hoping this is the place!  Cheesy Wink

Hello Annie

You'll find a few soap and lotion/potion addicts here (and one or two who will demand pics at every opportunity - so be ready with some of your goats and soaps)

'allo and welcome!  I am rather fond of goats actually and wish I could keep some again, but I just don't have the time.  What breed do you have?

People here are lovely and willing to share advice and ideas.  Can't say enough about the place, really.  Great lot.

Enjoy your stay.

Hello Annie,

A warm welcome to the forum.  So now we have goats to join our kitties, guinea piggies, moo coo's, puppy dogs (have I missed anything??), oh yes and there are flying pigs a plenty (you will soon see what I mean about those  Wink Muttley).

It looks like your passion goes back some years and you sound like a total soapaholic (you will fit in nicely Annie  Grin).

Anyway, welcome again and I look forward to chatting with you around the forum  butterflies

Welcome Annie.
I love goats so pics are needed now. Would love to keep a goat but have no idea how to do that. Would love to keep chickens as well but don't know how to do that either.

Hello Mary
Welcome to the forum.
I'm also looking forward to pics of goats and soaps, I presume you use the milk for your soap?
We can get a bit daft here (most nights) but join in, we can be helpful too  Wink
Hope you'll stick around and join our gang.

Hi Mary

Welcome & I hope you enjoy it here.
A goat person  Happy Bounce we were discussing goat products the other night in a truffle recipe thread, because I'm dairy intolerant but do ok with goat's milk etc.

Ooh, and any excuse for pics, and a natter about soaps - you're in the right place.  Not that we're remotely nosey you understand  Roll Eyes

Headbutting calves do an impressive job an all, esp when they get you underneath. Ouch. Glad I'm not a bloke though.  Muttley
