Just had a friend ring to say she is holding a coffee morning at her house on Friday and is inviting friends who have businesses along to promote them.
She has offered me her dinning table to show off my products. Trouble is she is up a country lane with no parking so I have to carry my products. I think it will be a matter of taking samples for people to try then taking orders. Shame still all advertising is helpful.

Can you beg, borrow or steal one of those folding trolleys?

Best of luck.

How about putting it into a suitcase with wheels?  He he... sounds a bit like Del Boy.  But you should be able to get quite a lot in though.  Good luck!!

All sorted, I am going to get OH to take me earlier & drop me off with goodies then pick me up when I have finished. So I can take my gifts baskets, bags etc.
It will be much more relaxing than a fair. I can let them all have a good sniff, rub, scrub & anything else they want to do with the products while I have a coffee. Then I can give a little talk & hopefully sell sell sell.  Muttley
Thanks for all the ideas.

Had a great time. Met lots of contacts.
Invited to several similar events plus a school fair at end of November. Also got OH some work.
Down side I was placed back to back with a stall selling cakes. Did not try any flying pig
Chocolate cakes cream cakes, banana cakes the list is endless. Drooling  all morning.
I am going to do the same at my house when OH removes all the customers work. I have a Victorian sideboard which is over 6 foot long in my dinning room grr. Still its all money.
Just off to get the shopping.
Have a nice evening everyone.

Sounds like you had a good time and fancy being stuck back to back with a cake stall. What a nightmare, mind you if they are anything like the things Hannah and I made yesterday, which by the way Hannah thinks are the beez kneez, it's probably just as well you didn't sample. I now make  crookies and crakes.  Muttley
