I was recently asked to make some soap favors for a friend of mine so decided to use the clays.

The photo does not come out too good.  I wanted to achieve a deep pink colour so I mixed 6g of the pink clay with 2g of the Australian red reef (be careful using the latter as it can stain - you only need a tiny amount) for a 2.8kg batch.

Yes - the first time I used the pink on it's own it was nearly that colour Akua.

I've just got a bigger supply of most colours in.
The washed blue looks like a dark green with blue specks in it! ShaSha's just ordered some so she may be able to tell you what colour it turns out like!
