Hi,

Ive bought some natural products from Sheabutter bottage and Akua has inspired me. i'm not a huge forumite but would like it if sher sites had as high a profile as anitagrant.com

I'm hoping to make hair products for myself, I have afro hair.  I look forward to reading tips and recipes. My son has eczema type skin and L___'s dreamcream works a treat, if only I can mimic it myself. My youngest is still in nappies so I may even make up a botty balm for her when the olive wax order arrives.

I have loads of essential oils in already. Funny how using cloth nappies opens up a whole new natural world. I've avoided SLS for ages buy my OH still likes to use johnsons on the kiddies. Its only since reading David Icke's book that he's began to see how bad chemicals are.
I'm looking forward to being a lurker here

Hello OQ,

Haven't had a newbie introduction for a while - so welcome and please don't be put off by the thread hijackers!

If you have a question you'll find that there are serious answers before the thread drifts off course.

Hope you enjoy lurking here - but if you make more posts you'll find that there are more topic boards open to you plus even more info in Resources over on the main site.

Hiya OQ,

Wonderful that you have joined us.  Do take some time to read through some of the threads and have a look in on the main site for more resources.  Fresholi is a whole year old tomorrow and is still growing  Grin thanks to our collaborative efforts.  Like Elaine said, keep posting and more boards will open up to you that you can't see now.  Also, if you acquire author status on the main site, there are more resources available to you that you can't see as a registered member.  Have a look through this guide to see the ways you can acquire author status....

Thanks again for joining and hope you enjoy it here  Smiley  butterflies

HI and welcome  butterflies I used cloth nappies for my two when they were babies as well. People thought I was mad at first until they actually saw the nappies-shaped ones, fleece pocket ones, cute ones, cool ones, all sorts of nappies! It was so much fun  Muttley

My youngest was 2 in April and washing the cloth nappies is becoming a real drag. Hopefully she'll be ready to train in the holidays. It was an addiction at first trying out the cute  or funky loooking nappies, then it was prams now its natural products! At the moment she mainly wears pocket nappies.
