A rather interesting thread was started here on the forum.  One of the members (ElaineJ) posted a couple of old fashioned recipes.  As we discussed a more modern 'slant' on these wonderful recipes we thought it would be a wonderful idea to add a new category to Community.  It is hoped that through a collaborative effort, the  'Ye Olde Beauty Preparations' will serve as a source of inspirational product development (plus it may even teach us a little history about our craft).

If you have any old fashioned soap or lotion recipes lying around please help us in our effort to build this information resource.
