HP Soap is NOT rough and soft!

Top pic is of the market at the Rhug - in the overflow carpark for the organic butcher, burgerbar and the shop. So because it's on the A5 there's passing trade as well as locals.

But today I think they were at the lakeside, seaside or watching the tennis.

Next pic is my stall in the shady corner; I was about to finish setting up, putting the creams tester (down bottom left) - there weren't many pink people to squirt with after-sun though. In fact sales were not very good all round.

Bottom pic is Bryn Sguboriau Cottage Garden Plants - they grow hardy plants on a small holding high in the nearby hills.

oh sorry to hear sales weren't good.  I know the Rhug place, we always used to stop there on our way up through Wales to visit in-laws!  (They have since moved so we don't drive past that way any more.)

Your stall looks good, I'd buy!  If it's any consolation, I had a dreadful fair yesterday as well - same problem, i think everyone was at the beach.   Sad

Sorry to hear it was not very good.

I'd buy too.

Lovely display, I really like your 'stairs-shelf'.

Sorry about sales, I do think many people were watching tennis or something - parks and river around here were very quiet...

EJ your stall just gets better and better! I'm liking the blackboards, I recently started using these and love them.
I could certainly do with some of your aftersun today! Pleased to report 3 nice days in a row in Argyll  Grin

Summer tends to reduce sales in some trades. i was a general manager on a busy food court and during summer we had to have a cart of sarnis and salads. not the same i know, but myself i tend to stay indoors and keep cool. thank god i live in a cool house.

Oh EJ, it looks fabulous and so well organised - really attractive.  What a shame it wasn't a good day for sales though.  That must be very frustrating  Undecided
