Can't find any info on this, but can we use American FO's over here for candles? A lot of SP fragrances can be used in candles, and some of the US ones sound lovely. Are we limited from a selling point?

Nope, the US FOs are fine to use in candles. I have a fair few now from SP.

I think the only reason we can't use US fragrances in cosmetics is because they often don't have the necessary allergen info required over here.

As you don't put the candles on the skin, the rules don't apply.

Frogger was a drink we used to have that was bright green and tasted nice. It's Blue Curacao in Orange Juice. Trouble is, you can't taste the alcohol....
