It very much depends on the size of the fair and where it is as to how much to make & take.
Always best to take too much - just incase.
I have a stand that holds 72 bars, so I usually fill that and take a few spares of popular ones, not that I would sell 72 at a small fair. Also if you only sell soap, you will need enough to make a decent & attractive display like Retro's.

wow, that's lovely. Just as well that I am giving up on fairs....I am jealous of all your tables. Mine was way too German  Roll Eyes
