Hello, there's so much info on here, I think I'm already solving of my 'duh!' questions. But, to gain access to the secret room..I don't think my recipes are up to it yet. But I did write something in a fit of piqué that's of use (a warning, in fact, to anyone who has got as far as opening premises fir small biz.)

A bit more about me- I work as a copywriter, freelance, and I set up a deli with my partner a couple of years ago. Now I just (just!) help with paperwork, vat, writing letters etc at the weekend.

I hope to bake some saleable soap to sell in the deli.

And yes, I'll post sone pics of my first attempts when I get home.
